- Adi Utarini MD, MSc, MPH, PhDJoining the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University in 1990, Adi has been actively engaged in TB since 2003. Some of her works include operation research on private practitioner's involvement in TB, assessment of the implementation of DOTS strategy in hospitals, development of TB strategic framework 2006-2010 in Indonesia (team member), development of GF round 8 proposal for TB in Indonesia (team member). In addition to TB, her other interest is in the field of quality management and regulation in hospitals. Currently, she is a vice-director in Public Health Graduate Program and Director of Hospital management Graduate Program. Andreasta Meliala, MD, MPH, MAS.Andre was a medical doctor in Semanu Primary Care (1997-2000), where he initiated his interest in health care management. He obtained his Master Degree in Hospital Management at Gadjah Mada University and Master in Advanced Science at School of Public Health, Leopold Franzen University, Innsbruck, Austria. He started to involve in TB Control Program when was appointed to be a trainer in the development of TB service organization in district level. He is currently a general manager of Leadership and Communication Laboratory, and Director of Academic Affair of Hospital Management Graduate Program, Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University. By function he is a lecturer and a researcher in human resource for health. Professor Trisnantoro is a member of Faculty of Medicine Gadjah Mada University and Director if Center for Health Service Management (CHSM). His main interests are in health economics and public health policy. His works and colleagues in health financing have been published in several international journals. Some books that have been published in Bahasa Indonesia an Economics Application for Hospital Management (2004), Strategic aspect of Hospital Management (2005), Health Care Decentralization in Indonesia (2005), Indonesian Health Service System (2006), An Essential Manual to Planning and Budgeting of Health Investment at District and Municipal Levels (2006), and 7 years of Health Care Decentralization in Indonesia (2008).
Riris Andono Ahmad WHOWHO Yodi Mahendradhata MD, MSc
Yodi joined the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FM UGM) in 1999. He obtained his Master Degree in International Health at the Institute of Tropical medicine, Humboldt University, Berlin. He is currently completing his PhD dissertation on TB-HIV and PPM DOTS at the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Antwerp, Belgium. Yodi is a member of the National TB Operations Research Group under the NTP and act as course convenor for the health program management module and the global health module of the FM UMG Masters in Public Health program. He also carries our research and training activities under the Center for Health Service Management and the Center for Tropical Medicine of FM UGM. His works in TB control and public health management have been published in several high impact international journals.
